Ingredients:
BOIL
6 lbsPork shoulders
12 eachWhole cloves garlic
3 cupCider vinegar
MOP
1 tspNon-iodized salt
1/4 cupBoil liquid
12 eachCloves from boiling
3/4 tspSugar
1 tbspCayenne
1/4 tspBlack pepper
3 1/2 cupCider vinegar
SAUCE
1 1/2 cupMop sauce
1/4 cupPork boiling liquid
1/3 cupSmokey BBQ Sauce
-Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Simmer sauce 2 ?hours.
2Slow cook pork then shred.
3Add sauce and allow to steep overnight.
4Make sandwich and add cole slaw on top.
