Ingredients:
6 medVenison chops/steaks/pork
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 ea Lemon -- sliced
2 tbspCorn oil
Chops
1 1/2 cupBrown sugar
3 cupKetchup
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Salt and pepper each steak/chop to taste.
2Brown steak/chops in large fry pan for 5 minutes each side.
3Remove venison and drain juice.
4Cover each piece of meat with toppings as follows: completely cover each piece with ketchup.
5Sprinkle each piece with brown sugar in the center of the steak or chop.
6Add water to pan; cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
7Remove from pan and serve with toppings intact
