Ingredients:
2 tbspWhite-wine vinegar or fresh
-lemon juice
1/2 tspDijon-style mustard
1/3 cupOlive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, the mustard, and salt and pepper to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
