Ingredients:

| | Mango, diced | | 1
| | Papaya, diced | | 1/2
| | Pineapple, cored and diced | | 1/2
| small | Onion, diced | | 1
| | Carrot, diced | | 1
| | Habanero, seeded and diced | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Chicken stock | | 1
| tsp | Mint | | 1
| tsp | Peanut oil | | 1
| dash | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| dash | Tabasco sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onions and carrot in peanut oil for 5 minutes. | | 2 | Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes. | | 3 | Strain, then puree in food processor. | | 4 | Add additional stock to maintain thin consistency. | | 5 | Garnish with mint. | | 6 | Serve over grilled seafood or chicken. | | 7 | Serves 4 |
