Ingredients:
1/2 cupCucumber, Shredded
1/2 cupSour Cream
1/4 cupMiracle Whip
1 tbspChives, Snipped
2 tspLemon Juice
1/4 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
2 lbsHalibut, Fresh
1/4 cupButter
1 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1 Paprika
Procedures:
1Blend shredded cucumber with sour cream, miracle whip, chives, lemon juice, ?t salt and dash of pepper.
2Mix well and chill until serving time.
3Place the halibut in a well greased wire grill basket.
4In a sauce pan melt the butter.
5Stir in the 1 t salt and 1/8 t pepper.
6Grill the halibut over medium-hot coals for 5-8 minutes depending on thickness of steaks.
7Brush with butter mixture occasionally.
8Turn and baste with the remaining butter mixture.
9Grill the halibut until it flakes easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes more.
10Sprinkle halibut with paprika and serve with chilled cucumber sauce
