Ingredients:
1 cupDannon Plain Lowfat or
-Nonfat Yogurt
1/4 cupSnipped fresh dill/cilantro
1 tbspGrated horseradish
2 tspLemon or lime juice
1/4 tspDijon mustard
Ds White pepper
Procedures:
1In medium bowl, combine ingredients.
2Mix well.
3Cover and refrigerate.
4Serve with grilled or poached fish.
5Yield: enough for 1 pound of fish.
