Ingredients:
1/2 cupPINEAPPLE JUICE
3 tbspSOY SAUCE
1 1/2 tbspGINGER
1/2 tbspGARLIC POWDER
1/4 cupJACK DANIEL'S WHISKEY
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2Dip meat in sauce and place on grill over hot coals.
3Grill to desired degree of doneness.
4Just before meat is removed from grill, brush again with sauce.
5Makes enough for 8 servings.
