Ingredients:
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cupScallion, finely chopped
2 tspGround thyme
1 tspSalt
2 tspSugar
1 tspAllspice
1/2 tspGround nutmeg
1 Hot pepper, finely ground
1 tspBlack pepper
3 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspCooking oil
1 tbspVinegar
Procedures:
1Mix together all the ingredients.
2A food processor fitted with a steel blade is ideal for chopping and grinding.
3This will provide an excellent marinade for chicken, beef, or pork.
4Store leftover marinade in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for about 1 month.
