Ingredients:
3 cupDistilled white vinegar
2 tspSalt
2 lbsCayenne OR jalapenos
-seeded and chopped
Procedures:
1Source: new orleans times picayune 8/17/95.
2simmer vinegar, salt and peppers at least 5 minutes.
3Process in processor.
4Store in a glass bottle.
5Put in a dark cabinet and let age at least 3 months.
