Ingredients:
12 ozFresh cranberries (1 bag)
Well washed
1 cupMaple syrup
1 cupCranberry-rasberry juice
1 cupWalnut halves
Grated zest of 1 orange
Procedures:
1Maple cranberry sauce
2combine cranberries, maple syrup, juice and orange zest in a heavy saucepan.
3Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium, and cook ab.
410 min. or until the cranberries pop open.
5carefully skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
6Stir in walnuts.
7Cool.
8Refrigerate until use.
9recipe may be doubled, & made a day or so ahead.
