| | Egg yolks | | 3
| tbsp | Powdered sugar | | 1
| dash | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Heavy cream | | 2
| tbsp | Rum |

Procedures:
| 1 | Scald cream in double boiler. | | 2 | Beat well: egg yolks, sugar, and salt. | | 3 | Pour cream over yolk mixture, stirring constantly. | | 4 | Return to double boiler. | | 5 | Cook until thick. | | 6 | Refrigerate. | | 7 | When ready to serve, whip cream until stiff. | | 8 | Fold into egg yolk mixture. | | 9 | Add rum. |
