Ingredients:
2/3 cupLight cream
2 Egg yolks
3 tbspPowdered sugar
1 dashSalt
1/2 cupHeavy cream
2 tbspRum
Procedures:
1Scald cream in double boiler.
2Beat well: egg yolks, sugar, and salt.
3Pour cream over yolk mixture, stirring constantly.
4Return to double boiler.
5Cook until thick.
6Refrigerate.
7When ready to serve, whip cream until stiff.
8Fold into egg yolk mixture.
