| lbs | Lean Ground Beef, or | | | Ground Chicken, or | | | Ground Turkey | | | C - Spagetti Sauce - | | 1
| lbs | Lean ground beef | | 1
| tbsp | Olive Oil | | 2
| | Onions chopped | | 4
| | Crushed garlic cloves or | | 2
| | Minced garlic | | 14
| oz | Can Tomato sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Red wine (optional) | | 1
| | Sweet green pepper | | 1
| tsp | Dried leaf basil | | 1/2
| tsp | Leaf oregano |

Procedures:
| 1 | Form meat into 1 inch meatballs. | | 2 | Add to cooking spaghetti sauce. | | 3 | Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. | | 4 | Add onions and garlic. | | 5 | Saute for 2 min. add remaining ingredients. | | 6 | Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. | | 7 | Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 15 min. |
