Mersey point salmon sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 lbsSalmon bits
3 tbspButter or margarine
3 tbspFlour
1 1/3 cupFish or chicken stock
1 tbspMilk or cream
1 tspDill
1 tbspCapers
Pepper
Lemon juice
Procedures:
1Melt butter, stir in flour and blend.
2Slowly add the stock and milk.
3When sauce is smooth and boiling, add the salmon bits, dill, and capers.
4Add pepper and lemon to taste.
5This sauce is great served over rice, fettucini, or pastry.
