Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupSalid Oil
3/4 cupSoy Sauce
1/4 cupWorchestershire Sauce
2 tbspDry Mustard
2 1/4 tspSalt
1 tbspBlack Pepper, Coarse
1/2 cupWine Vinegar
2 ea Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tspParsley Flakes, Dry
1/3 cupLemon Juice, Fresh
Procedures:
1Combine all ingrediants and mix in a blender.
2Can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer.
3Makes 3 ?cup.
4Be sure to soak the sirloin tips for 24 hours.
5Served best with a ceasar salad, wild rice, and french bread.
