Ingredients:
2 tbspPine nuts -- toasted
2 largeGarlic cloves
2 cupTorn spinach
3/4 cupFresh flat-leaf parsley
Leaves
1/2 cupArugula leaves
1/2 cupFresh oregano leaves
1/4 cupFresh thyme leaves
1/4 cupMinced fresh chives
2 tbspGrated fresh Parmesan cheese
(?ounce)
1/4 tspSalt
3 tbspExtra-virgin olive oil
Procedures:
1Drop pine nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on, and process until minced.
2Add spinach and next 7 ingredients (spinach through salt); process until finely minced.
3With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute; process until well-blended.
4Yield: ?cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
