Molho de pimenta e limao - chile and lime sau

Ingredients:
4 Preserved malagueta peppers
-minced, or to taste
1 tspSalt
1 smallOnion, minced
1 Clove garlic, minced
5 Juice of 5 limes
Procedures:
1Place the malagueta peppers and salt in a mortar and crush them with the pestle or process them in a blender or food processor until you have a thick paste.
2Gradually add the onion and garlic and continue to mash into the paste.
3Then add lime juice to the paste, mashing as you do, until you have a liquid sauce.
4Cover with plastic wrap, allow to stand at room temperature for half an hour, and serve.
