Ingredients:
3 tbspSalt
3 tbspDry mustard
2 tbspGarlic powder
2 tbspChili powder
3 tbspPaprika
2 tbspHot pepper sauce (tabasco)
1 quartWorcestershire sauce
1 pintVinegar
4 quartBeef bone stock
1 pintVegetable oil
3 tbspMsg (optional)
Procedures:
1To make bone stock, but stout beef bones and boil them.
2Add all the other ingredients to bone stock and let stand overnight in the refrigerator before using.
3use this mop to rub over meats or to baste them while cooking.
4The flavor will change and improve during use, for you ar constatnly transferring smoth and grease from the meats back to the mop concoction.
