Neapolitan sauce

Ingredients:
2 Onions, sliced thin
1/2 cupOlive oil
1 1/2 cupTomato puree
4 Chili, hot peppers
1/4 tspPepper
12 Green olives, stuffed and
2 Cl Garlic, mashed
2 1/2 cupTomato juice
1 canItalian tomato paste
1 tspSalt
1 tspSugar
Procedures:
1Directions: brown onions and garlic in oil.
2Add meat and brown slowly.
3Heat tomato juice, puree and paste in a deep kettle; add meat mixture, chili peppers; salt, pepper and sugar.
4Simmer 2-?to 3 hours, until thick.
5Remove chili peppers and add olives.
6Simmer 10 minute longer.
7Serve with spaghetti, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
8Makes sauce for 1 pound spaghetti.
