Ingredients:
2 tbspMargarine
2 tbspFlour
2 tspMinced garlic
2 cupBroth
1/2 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Melt margarine over low heat, stir in flour, cook the roux a few minutes.
2Gradually add garlic and broth, cooking over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil and becomes thick.
3Stir frequently to prevent lumps.
4When sauce is thick, lower heat and gradually add milk.
