| tsp | Whole cloves |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine cider, nectar, rum, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon sticks in a large dutch oven. | | 2 | Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. | | 3 | Stud oranges with cloves, and add to cider mixture. | | 4 | Serve hot. | | 5 | Yield: 1-?gallon |
