Ingredients:
1 cupHeavy cream
3 Egg yolks
2 tbspSugar
Pn Salt
1/3 cupRum
Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in top part of double boiler and stir over hot water until mixture thickens slightly.
2Makes 10-12 servings.
