Rustic sausage sauce

Ingredients:
2 tspOlive oil
10 ozHot Italian turkey sausage
1/2 cupChicken broth
2 tbspHalf and half
1 cupChopped onion
1/2 tspDried oregano
1 cupFrozen peas
1 tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1In large nonstick skillet, heat oil.
2Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, 3-4 minutes, until tender.
3Add sausage and oregano; cook, stirring to break up sausage, 10-12 minutes, until browned.
4Stir in broth and peas; cover and cook 5 minutes, until peas are tender.
5Stir in half and half and cheese; bring to a boil.
6Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes.
7Toss with hot cooked pasta.
