Microwave pineapple downside - up cake

Ingredients:
4 tspMargarine
1/3 cupLight brown sugar
16 ozPineapple slices, can, drai
- and reserve juice
4 Maraschino cherries, cut in
-alf
1 1/4 cupFlour
3/4 cupSugar
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1 Egg
1/3 cupOil
1/2 cupPineapple juice, reserved
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/2 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
1Line a 9" round baking dish with parchment paper, folding paper over the sides.
2Put margarine on paper and microwave on high 45 seconds or until melted.
3Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine.
4Arrange 7 pineapple slices on top of sugar mixture.
5Decorate centers of slices with cherries place flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
6Add egg, oil, reserved pineapple juice and extracts.
7Blend with a wooden spoon and pour batter over pineapple slices.
8Rotating midway through cooking, microwave on 50 % (medium) 5 minutes; then microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes, rotating dish twice.
9Let stand 5 minutes and invert on serving plate.
10Remove parchment paper and discard.
