7-up lemon cheesecake with strawberry glaze

Ingredients:
CRUMB CRUST
2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/2 cupButter -- melted
1/2 cupPowdered sugar
1 tspCinnamon
7 UP FILLING
1 packUnflavored gelatin
6 tbspSugar
1 1/2 cup7-up -- divided
2 Eggs -- beaten
1 smallLemon pudding & pie filling
3/4 cupWater -- not instant
STRAWBERRY GLAZE
1/2 cupStrawberry jelly -- melted
Unsweetened frozen --
Thawed
Fresh strawberries -=OR=-
Whole strawberries
Procedures:
1Crust: combine well the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
2Press onto bottom and partway up sides of buttered 9" springform pan; chill.
3filling: soften unflavored gelatin in ?cup 7-up for 4 minutes.
4In a saucepan combine pie filling, sugar, beaten eggs and water.
5Blend well.
6Add 1-?cup 7-up and bring just to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly; remove from heat.
7Stir in softened gelatin; cool 3 minutes.
8Add ?cup of this warm mixture to softened cream cheese; mash together.
9Mix together with remaining 7-up mixture and stir until well blended.
10Turn into chilled crust and chill for at least 8 hours.
11Remove from pan and add topping.
12topping: brush top of chilled cheesecake with melted jelly.
13Arrange strawberried upright on cake and spoon any remaining melted jelly over them.
