Ingredients:

| cup | Vanilla Wafer Crumbs | | 16
| oz | Cream Cheese, Softened | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Macadamia Nuts, Toasted | | 1
| each | Med Kiwi Peeled, Sliced | | 1/4
| cup | Margarine, Melted | | 1/3
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| each | Large Eggs | | 8 1/2
| oz | Crushed Pineapple, Drained |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. | | 2 | Bake at 350 °F., 10 minutes. | | 3 | Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. | | 4 | Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition. | | 5 | Stir in nuts; pour over crust. | | 6 | Bake at 350 °F., 45 minutes. | | 7 | Loosen caek from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. | | 8 | Chill. | | 9 | Before serving, top with fruit |
