Apricot coffee cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
2 tspBaking powder
12 tspEquiv.sweetner
1 Egg
1/4 cupNonfat dry milk
2/3 cupWater
1 tspVanilla
2 cupCanned apricots, drain+chop
Ground cinnamon
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2In a small bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder.in another bowl, cream sweetner, egg and margarine on low spped of an electric mixer.
3Add dry milk, water and vanilla.
4Beat until blended.
5Stir in dry ingriedients.
6Stir until smooth.
7Spread batter in 8" square pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
8Arrange apricots evenly over batter.
9Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon.
10Bake 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted in cneter of cake comes out clean.
11Cool in pan
