Ingredients:
CRUST
1 2/3 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tspCinnamon
2 tbspSugar
6 tbspButter, melted
FILLING
1 cupSugar
3 Eggs, beaten well
24 ozCream cheese, softened
1/2 tspVanilla
TOPPING
1 pintSour cream
3 tbspSugar
1/2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan.
2Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan.
3Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping.
4To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake.
5Continue baking at 500°F for 5 minutes.
6Important - chill at least 24 hours.
