Procedures:
| 1 | Crust: 1 ?c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 t. sugar, ?cup margarine. | | 2 | Mix and pour in 13x9x2 pan. | | 3 | Filling: cream cheese, add eggs, one at a time; mix thoroughly. | | 4 | Add 1 cup sugar and and 1 ?t. vanilla. | | 5 | Pour over graham cracker crust. | | 6 | Bake at 300°F for one hour. | | 7 | Cool for 5 minutes. | | 8 | Topping: mix 1 ?pts. | | 9 | Sour cream, ?c sugar, and 1 ?t vanilla together. | | 10 | Pour over baked cheesecake. | | 11 | Bake an additional 5 minutes in oven, set overnight. | | 12 | Serve cherry pie filling as topping on the side. | | 13 | Cherries might be too rich for some people so this enables anyone who wants them to add them individually. |
