Ingredients:
3 packCream cheese
1 cupGranulated sugar
5 Eggs
1 1/2 tbspVanilla
1 1/2 pintSour cream
1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 tbspVanilla
1 1/2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspSugar
1/4 cupMargarine
Procedures:
1Crust: 1 ?c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 t. sugar, ?cup margarine.
2Mix and pour in 13x9x2 pan.
3Filling: cream cheese, add eggs, one at a time; mix thoroughly.
4Add 1 cup sugar and and 1 ?t. vanilla.
5Pour over graham cracker crust.
6Bake at 300°F for one hour.
7Cool for 5 minutes.
8Topping: mix 1 ?pts.
9Sour cream, ?c sugar, and 1 ?t vanilla together.
10Pour over baked cheesecake.
11Bake an additional 5 minutes in oven, set overnight.
12Serve cherry pie filling as topping on the side.
13Cherries might be too rich for some people so this enables anyone who wants them to add them individually.
