Baltimore peach cake

Ingredients:
1 tbspButter, Softened
1 cupSugar
2 1/2 cupFlour
3 tspBaking Powder
1 1/2 cupMilk
3/4 cupSugar, Mixed With...
2 tspCinnamon
5 Large Peaches, Peeled/Sliced
2 tbspButter, Melted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2With electric mixer, blend first five ingredients.
3Spread in greased and floured 15x10" jelly roll pan, or 13x9" plus one 8" cake pan.
4Sprinkle half of cinnamon/sugar mixture lightly over dough base.
5Arrange peach slices by rows on top of base.
6Sprinkle with remainder of cinnamon/sugar mixture and drizzle melter butter over all.
7Bake for 25-30 minutes.
8(for thicker dough, omit 8" cake pan -- use 13x9" pan only).
