| 1 | Beat yolks with sugar until creamy. |
| 2 | Add themashed bananas, beat well. |
| 3 | Whip egg whites until stiff (in different bowl). |
| 4 | Add cake meal, potato starch and salt to yolk mixture. |
| 5 | Fold in egg whites into this mixture. |
| 6 | Add flavoring fold in gently. |
| 7 | Bake at 325°F. for an hour ~-more or less--. |
| 8 | Use an angle food cake pan. |
| 9 | Cool upside down for about 30 minutes or until cooled. |
| 10 | Cut in half with knife. |
| 11 | Ice with real whipped cream or cool whip. |
| 12 | Top with bananas and a few walnuts. |
