Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/2 cupButter or margarine
-softened to room temp. and
-halved
1 cupSugar
1 Egg
4 Bananas, cut in half
-lengthwise
8 ozCan crushed pineapple
8 ozBar cream cheese, softened
-to room temp.
1/2 cupChopped nuts
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1In a small bowl combine graham cracker and ?c butter, mix well.
2Press in bottom of 9x9 inch baking pan.
3Bake at 350°F for 5 min. cool.
4In a small bowl combine sugar, eggs, ?c butter and vanilla, beat until smooth.
5Spread sugar mixture on cooled crumbs.
6Place bananas over sugar mixture.
7Drain pineapple reserving ?c of the juice.
8Sprinkle pineapple over bananas.
9In a small bowl combine reserved pineapple juice and cream cheese, beat until smooth.
10Spread over pineapple.
11Top with chopped nuts and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
