Ingredients:
3 cupSugar
1 Stick margarine
1/2 cupCrisco
5 Eggs, rm temp
Pinch of salt
1 cupMilk
3 cupPlain flour
1 tspCanilla
1/2 tspBaking powder
1 tbspButternut flavoring
Procedures:
1Cream together sugar, butter, and shortening; add eggs, one at a time.
2Mix well after each.
3Sift flour, baking powder, and salt; add alternately with milk and flour to first mixture.
4Add flavorings.
5Grease and flour pan.
6Place in cold over.
7Turn heat to 350°F, and bake ?hour.
8Then turn heat to 325f and bake 40 minutes more.
9Let stand 5 minutes after taking from oven.
