| tbsp | Chili powder | | 3
| dash | Tabasco sauce | | 1
| | Garlic, clove | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Cumin | | | Onion, chopped | | 2
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Used with beef enchiladas. | | 2 | Heat oil in skillet and saute" onion until tender. | | 3 | Remove from heat and add flour. | | 4 | Mix into a paste adding chili powder, tobasco, salt, garlic and cumin. | | 5 | Gradually add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. | | 6 | Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. | | 7 | Makes enough for 1 standard size recipe beef enchiladas. |
