Ingredients:

| cup | Chicken broth | | 2
| cup | Water | | 1
| lbs | Green beans | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1
| | Vegetable cooking spray | | 1
| tbsp | Onion -- thinly sliced | | 3
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| | Egg -- beaten | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley -- chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat chicken broth and water to boiling. | | 2 | Add green beans. | | 3 | Cover and boil for 8 minutes or until tender. | | 4 | Drain. | | 5 | Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. | | 6 | Add margarine until it melts at medium heat. | | 7 | Saute onion in margarine. | | 8 | Add beans and lemon juice. | | 9 | Stir in egg. | | 10 | Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until egg is cooked. | | 11 | Sprinkle with parsley |
