Guacamole (avocado sauce)

Ingredients:
2 largeAvocados
1 medTomatoes, peeled, seeded
-chopped
1/2 smallOnions, white, minced
2 ea Chile, serrano, canned
-chopped
Coriander, chopped fine
Salt
Pepper, black
1 pinchSugar, granulated
Procedures:
1Peel and mash very ripe avocados.
2Mix well with remaining ingredients and pile into a serving dish with an avocado pit in the center.
3(this is supposed to keep the guacamole from turning dark).
4If not using immediately, cover tightly with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
5Use etiher as a sauce or a salad.
6Also an excellent dip.
