Ingredients:
DRY SEASONING (RUB
3 tbspSalt
3 tbspSugar
1 1/4 tbspBlack pepper
1 1/2 tspPaprika
1 1/2 tspDry lemon powder
(Unsweetened Kool-Aid)
BASTING SAUCE
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspDry mustard
1 ea Clove garlic, crushed
?ea Small bay leaf
1/2 tspChili powder
1/2 tspPaprika
3/4 tspHot pepper sauce
1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupCider vinegar
2 cupBeef stock or canned beef
Bouillion
1/4 cupVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Dry seasoning (rub): : mix together all dry seasoning ingredients and sprinkle ribs on both sides with mixture.
2Basting sauce: : combine all ingredients.
3Grill ribs slowly, basting often with sauce.
4(this sauce will keep several days in refrigerator and can be frozen).
5: if ribs are cut into serving pieces, the sauce will baste eight pounds of ribs.
