Ingredients:
1/4 cupJACK DANIEL'S WHISKEY
1/4 cupSOY SAUCE
1/4 cupDIJON-STYLE MUSTARD
1/4 cupGREEN ONIONS, minced
1/4 cupLT. BROWN SUGAR, packed
1 tspSALT
1 dashWORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
BLACK PEPPER
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients.
2Blend well.
3Use to marinate shrimp or scallops for 1 hour or beef, chicken or pork in the refrigerator overnight.
4Use to baste the shellfish or meat as it is grilled or broiled.
5Makes about 1-?cups.
