Ingredients:
| 1/2
| | Clove Garlic | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| tbsp | All-Purpose Flour | | 1
| cup | Beef Broth | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh Parsley, chopped | | 2
| cup | Fresh Mushrooms, sliced | | 2
| | Green Onions, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Jack Daniel's Whiskey |

Procedures:
| 1 | Rub saucepan with garlic; discard garlic. | | 2 | Melt 2 tbs butter; stir in flour. | | 3 | Slowly add broth, stirring constantly. | | 4 | Add parsley; cook until thickened; set aside. | | 5 | Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. | | 6 | Add whiskey and thickened broth. | | 7 | Simmer several minutes over low heat. | | 8 | Serve over grilled or broiled chicken. | | 9 | Makes 2-?cups. |
