Kelly's marinara sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive Oil
3 To 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 canItalian (plum) Tomatoes
-pureed in food processor
-(28 oz each)
1/2 cupFresh Italian Parsley
-chopped
1/2 tspOregano
1/2 tspDried Basil Leaves
2 Bay Leaves
Procedures:
1Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2in a 3 quart saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat.
3Add garlic and saute" 1 minute.
4Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.
5Remove bay leaves and store in refrigerator for future use.
6Serve over pasta in place of meat sauce.
7Yield: about 8 cups
