Ingredients:

| tbsp | Olive Oil | | 3
| | To 4 Cloves Garlic, minced | | 3
| can | Italian (plum) Tomatoes | | | -pureed in food processor | | | -(28 oz each) | | 1/2
| cup | Fresh Italian Parsley | | | -chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried Basil Leaves | | 2
| | Bay Leaves |

Procedures:
| 1 | Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste | | 2 | in a 3 quart saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat. | | 3 | Add garlic and saute" 1 minute. | | 4 | Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. | | 5 | Remove bay leaves and store in refrigerator for future use. | | 6 | Serve over pasta in place of meat sauce. | | 7 | Yield: about 8 cups |
