Ingredients:
2 Chicken breast, skinned
-halved & boned
1 tspSalt
1 tspGinger, minced, crystallized
1 cupCelery, sliced
5 ozWater chestnuts, sliced &
-drained
1 Onion, sliced
2 cupChicken bouillon
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 cupMushrooms, sliced
1 lbsBean sprouts, drained
2 cupCooked rice
1/2 cupSlivered almonds
Procedures:
1Cut chicken into strips about 2-inches long and ?inch thick.
2Place in crockpot with salt, ginger, celery, water chestnuts, onions, bouillon, and soy sauce.
3Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
4Turn control to high.
5Add mushrooms and bean sprouts.
6Cover and cook on high 15 minutes.
7Serve over hot rice.
8Sprinkle with almonds.
9Serve with extra soy sauce, if desired.
10Poke along crockpot cook book per jean hores
