Ingredients:
16 ozCorn, Creamed
1 medOnion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Thai Chile
1 Egg, Beaten
1 cupFlour
Salt To Taste
Oil For Frying
Procedures:
1Grind or chop together the onion, garlic, and pepper in a food processor.
2Fry in a little vegetable oil until the onion is golden.
3Add to the corn in a bowl.
4Mix in the egg, salt and flour.
5Test a spoon- ful in the hot oil.
6Mixture should be thick enough not to separate when placed in the oil.
7Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
8Cook until light golden in color, turning to cook both sides.
9Drain on paper towels.
10Serve immediately
