Ingredients:

2 ozDried prawns
2 Onions, thinly sliced
2 ozOil
1/4 lbsFresh chillies, ground
1 Lemon, juice only
Procedures:
1Soak prawns in hot water until soft.
2Rinse and mince.
3Stir-fry onion in hot oil until golden; add finely ground chillies, salt to taste.
4Stir and reduce heat.
5Let simmer until chillies become tender.
6Add prawns and lemon juice; simmer gently another 10 minutes
