Ingredients:

| cup | Basic mayonnaise recipe | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream or plain yogurt | | 2
| tsp | Dijon mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Dill, finely chopped, fresh | | 1
| x | Salt & pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | I concocted this recipe while trying to duplicate a potato salad served at a local restaurant. | | 2 | (see recipe for new potato salad). | | 3 | Beat together all ingredients and season well with salt and pepper. | | 4 | More mustard and some lemon juice can be added to suit individual taste. | | 5 | Milk or cream can be added for a thinner dressing. | | 6 | Chill an hour or more before serving. | | 7 | Yield: about 1 ?cups |
