Ingredients:
1 lbsFish Fillets
1 pinchSalt
3 tbspVinegar
1 pinchSaffron
1/2 tspPeppercorns
1 tspDry Mustard
1/4 cupGhee Or 3 Tb Of Vegetable
-Oil
1 largeOnion, Thinly Sliced
2 largeGarlic Cloves, Crushed
2 medRed Chili Peppers, Finely
-Chopped
Procedures:
1Put the fish in an open pan, add salt and vinegar.
2Cook the saffron, peppercorns and mustard in the heated ghee or oil until well mixed.
3Pour this spice mixture over the fish in vinegar and cook gently for 15 minutes.
4Add the onion, garlic and chilies with about 60 dl of water.
5Cover and cook, slowly, for 25 minutes
