Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken wings | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 1
| | Egg beaten with 1 ts water | | 1
| cup | Oil | | | Sauce | | 3
| tbsp | Low salt soya sauce | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Galic powder | | 3
| tbsp | Water | | 1/2
| cup | White vinegar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut wings into pieces. | | 2 | Dip in slightly beaten egg, then in flour. | | 3 | Fry in oil until brown and crisp. | | 4 | Put in shallow roasting pan (i use a cookie sheet). | | 5 | Heat sauce until boiling. | | 6 | Pour ovet wings. | | 7 | Bake at 275°F for approximately 1 hour. | | 8 | Sauce thickens and coats wings |
