Japanese chicken wings

Ingredients:
3 lbsChicken wings
1 cupFlour
1 Egg beaten with 1 ts water
1 cupOil
Sauce
3 tbspLow salt soya sauce
1 cupSugar
1 tspGalic powder
3 tbspWater
1/2 cupWhite vinegar
Procedures:
1Cut wings into pieces.
2Dip in slightly beaten egg, then in flour.
3Fry in oil until brown and crisp.
4Put in shallow roasting pan (i use a cookie sheet).
5Heat sauce until boiling.
6Pour ovet wings.
7Bake at 275°F for approximately 1 hour.
8Sauce thickens and coats wings
