Japenese chicken wings

Ingredients:
3 lbsChicken wings
1 Egg, beaten
1 cupFlour
1 cupButter
Procedures:
1Teriyaki sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce ?cup vinegar 3 tbsp water 1 tsp accent (?) (optional) 1 cup white sugar ?tsp salt cut wings in half, dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour, fry in butter until deep brown and crisp.
2Put in a shallow roasting pan.
3Combine teriyaki sauce ingredients andpour sauce over wings.
4Bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
5Spoon sauce over wings during cooking.
6Variations: add 1 tbsp grated orange peel and 3 tbsp concentrated orange juice for an interesting flavor change.
7Also try a few drops of tabasco and some freshly ground pepper.
