| | Egg, beaten | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 1
| cup | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Teriyaki sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce ?cup vinegar 3 tbsp water 1 tsp accent (?) (optional) 1 cup white sugar ?tsp salt cut wings in half, dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour, fry in butter until deep brown and crisp. | | 2 | Put in a shallow roasting pan. | | 3 | Combine teriyaki sauce ingredients andpour sauce over wings. | | 4 | Bake at 350f for 30 minutes. | | 5 | Spoon sauce over wings during cooking. | | 6 | Variations: add 1 tbsp grated orange peel and 3 tbsp concentrated orange juice for an interesting flavor change. | | 7 | Also try a few drops of tabasco and some freshly ground pepper. |
