Lime and hot pepper salad

Ingredients:
3 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tbspLime peel -- grated
1 tbspLime juice
1/2 tbspHot pepper sauce
4 Chicken Breasts Without Skin
1/3 cupVegetable oil
4 cupLettuce -- shredded
Procedures:
1Combine soy sauce lime peel, juice, pepper sauce.
2Pour 2 tbl over chicken in a large plastic bag.
3Press air out of bag; close top securely; turn bag over to coat.
4Refrigerate 30 minutes; turn bag over occasionally.
5Meanwhile, blend remaining sauce mixture with oil in small bowl with fork.
6Line platter with lettuce.
7Remove chicken from marinade and broil 7 minutes or each side; arrange over lettuce.
8Serve with remaining dressing
