Lo mein noodles with shrimp

Ingredients:
12 Ounces Chinese style thin
-egg noodles
2 tspSesame oil
1 1/2 tbspOyster sauce
1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspSugar
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspGround white pepper
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 tspMinced fresh ginger
1 Clove garlic, minced
8 Ounces medium shrimp
-shelled and deveined
1 tbspDry sherry
1/2 cupChinese chives, cut into 1"
-pieces or ?cup domestic
Procedures:
1Chives and 2 green onions, cut into 1" pieces 8 ounces bean sprouts cook noodles according to pkg directions until tender but still firm.
2Drain and rinse under cold water and drain.
3Toss with sesame oil until well coated.
4Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
5Heat vegetable oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
6Add ginger and garlic and stir fry 10 seconds.
7Add shrimp; stir fry about 1 min,.
8Until shrimp begin to turn pink.
9Add sherry and chives; stir fry until chives begin to wilt, about 15 seconds.
10Add ?of bean sprouts; stir fry 15 seconds.
11Add remaining sprouts and stir fry an additional 15 seconds.
12Add oyster sauce mixture and noodles.
13Cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes.
