English parsley sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
2 tbspFlour
2 cupMilk
1/4 cupChopped parsley
2 eachEgss (hard boiled)
Salt and white pepper
Nutmeg
Procedures:
1Melt butter in sauce pan, blend in flour, add milk.
2Stir until smooth and cook until it thickens.
3Salt and pepper to taste.
4Just before serving, add chopped parsley and finely chopped hard boiled eggs.
5Sprinkle on a little nutmeg.
6This is especially good on salmon, chicken, new boiled potatoes, vegetables, etc.
