Ingredients:
1 tspVEGETABLE OIL
1 THIN SLICED GINGEROOT
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
2 cupCHINESE CABBAGE
-CHOPPED
1 tspSALT
1/2 tspSUGAR
1/4 tspMONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE
-(OPTIONAL)
1/4 cupCANNED CHICKEN BROTH
1/2 cupPEA PODS
1/2 cupSLICED BAMBOO SHOOTS
1/2 cupTHINLY SLICED MUSHROOMS
Procedures:
1Preheat a wok and swirl the vegetable oil around inside.
2Rub bottom and sides with the gingeroot and garlic and discard.
3Place cabbage in wok and stir.
4Add salt, sugar, monosoium glutamate, and chicken broth.
5Stir and cover; cook for 3 munites.
6Add the peas pods, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
7Stir about 30 second and serve.
